<image:title>Crisis Management - Beat up in the press? We’ll clean up the mess.</image:title>
<image:caption>We help our clients make opportunities out of crises by showing courage, honesty and leadership, by fixing what went wrong, and by telling all the stakeholders that matter – in the right way, to ensure the best positioning of the organization. When Tylenol pulled its drug off Chicago shelves in the ‘80s, it put consumer health before profits, a step that bought the brand decades of trust, goodwill and financial success – and a chapter in every PR 101 handbook. We are called upon regularly by CEOs, boards of directors and legal counsels to advise on crisis and high-stakes public relations. We touchdown to help identify reputational and political risk exposures. We work to understand what went wrong and how to fix it. And then we craft the right message to share with stakeholders to maintain confidence and reputational positioning. We want you back to business as usual, as fast as possible. If you’re not sure if you’re in crisis mode and you’re wondering if your stakeholders will care, chances are: you are, they do and you’re about to lose reputational value, consumer confidence and customers if you don’t have a plan.</image:caption>

<image:title>Issue Advocacy - Answering the “who” and “how” to move the needle.</image:title>
<image:caption>Working alongside the lawyers and lobbyists, we help create a surround sound of support or opposition in the public and media domain. More often than not, we’re working to humanize a policy and affect public opinion. We turn matters of public policy into stories real people can understand and get behind. Mobilizing grassroots advocates to sign a petition or share their stories, placing opinion pieces in newspapers in key districts, influencing public opinion through video storytelling and digital advertising: that’s how you win.</image:caption>

<image:title>Reputation Management - Controlling the conversation that’s happening about you.</image:title>
<image:caption>Reputation is one of the most valuable and fragile assets of an organization. We help position organizations to put themselves on the right side of opinion while being true to mission, vision and values. We help create messages and engagement strategies with key stakeholders, regulators and media that shape opinions, gain allies and unlikely bedfellows – and ultimately elevate reputation. Layer on the enhanced risk of anyone posting something negative about your brand on social media or worse, documentation of something you wished no one had recorded, and the value of a strong reputation becomes clear.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Executive Communications - Want to be a thought leader?</image:title>
<image:caption>More often than not, a visible executive and the entity are one in the same in the eyes of the public. Your CEO’s reputation matters. What he or she stands for and says publically is a powerful motivator and force multiplier. How she or he engages the local community builds that executive’s brand both internally and to external influencers and decision makers. Moreover, in today’s world of political and social wokeness, employees expect more and more from employers. On topics of #MeToo, systemic racism and deeply polarized American politics, it is often demanded that executives stand up and speak out. We coalesce programs and initiatives into mission drivers that help business leaders build a brand that their employees and constituents alike will be proud of.</image:caption>
